All UK orders are inclusive of postage - this is in most cases a Royal Mail Signed For or DHL courier service

Overseas Delivery

All overseas deliveries are charged at the cost quoted on the individual item page - this is in most cases a Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For or DHL courier service

If no overseas shipping charge is specified (usually on larger items) please email for a custom quote as we can normally offer a choice of delivery options

Please note: Drallum are not liable for any customs duties or import charges that may be made by the recipient's own country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information

Combined Deliveries

If purchasing more than one item, please email for a combined delivery quote, otherwise we will refund any excess postage paid within 48 hours of  payment (via your original payment method).

Lost Items or Damaged In Transit

If an item hasn't arrived within a reasonable time frame (as specified in the despatch email) or has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately via email.  In the case of an item damaged in transit, please also keep hold of the original packaging.

Returns and Refunds

Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item for any number of reasons, and as such we offer a 'no quibble' return policy. Just email us to let us know that you are returning an item and post the item back within 14 days of receipt where we will gladly offer you a full refund (excluding carriage costs unless the item is not as described or damaged, whereby carriage costs will be included).
